We work hard to get your gear out of the swamp and on its way to you as quickly as possible.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
During high demand, new drops, or market runs, processing may take a little longer.
Shipping Times
Shipping times vary based on location and carrier, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can keep an eye on it.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.
Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control (including Florida doing Florida things).
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered, it is the responsibility of the carrier.
If you believe your package is lost, contact us and we’ll do our best to help track it down.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your address before placing your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
