Returns & Exchanges
You have 30** days** from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • Must include original packaging (if applicable)

Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance or “blem/trial run” items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or made-to-order products

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order shows and something slipped by Cecil and our strict quality control standards, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll fix it fast.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.

Return Shipping

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method
